You cant burn fat from exact area if you exercise you always burn fat from your whole body.

When you train your abs you might feel that you lose fat from hips but you don't the reason why you think so is that your abs improves your carriage and you look slimmer.

You don't have to train your inner thighs because you dont have muscle in that area it's a tendon so better work for your legs is squat. Squat also makes your ass look better
