Basic stuff

Basic thing in weight losing is that you eat less calories than you usage, but how much is enough?
My calculation is about 400 Kcal under my daily usage and once in a week I eat almost everything.
I'm started to go to school by bike so I have good daily cardio twice in a day. Yesterday I was also in gym and tomorrow I will go again. Hopefully we can see some results next summer.

what happened

Ok. Yesterday I did a lot of aerobic training. First thing in the morning was rollerblading to gym and back. Distance was about 17 Km and it was really good start for the day. After lunch and little rest I went to walk on the beach and planned some other projects with my friend.

In the evening I cycled to town to hangout with my friends and see some other people getting drunk. So there is also another aerobic for the day. That was really promising because when I woke up today I was so dry that I could see my abs from the mirror and that is really something. Last time when I saw my abs was about 10 years ago. Have to do more that kind of aerobic days.
